The owner bought the plot with construction licence for a little house, designed by the architect Jorge Sastre before 2001. Shape and Squaremeters couldn´t be changed. In an ideal collaboration of Owner, builder, carpenter and architect a modern house was designed and built which adapts perfectly to the typical rustic environment of Fuerteventura.
